Mackinac Island Trip – As a group activity, we are planning a trip to Mackinac Island. Mackinac Island is a beautiful and historic island in which no motorized vehicles are allowed. Only horses and bicycles are allowed. You can bring a bicycle with you or you can rent one there. Or, you also can choose to just walk. The trail around the island is 8.2 miles and it can take from 1-3 hours to complete, depending how much time you spend resting or taking a look at the scenery along the way.

It will be a trip with sight-seeing, museum visits, shopping, etc. There are over 1500 bikes available to rent and people may also rent horses or horse-drawn carriages. There are tours via carriages along with tour guides to describe the history of the island and the places along the tour.

To get to the island, we have to travel to Mackinaw City where there is a Ferry service. From Mackinaw City, we will board a ferry that will take us to Mackinac Island. If you have not traveled by ferry or been to Mackinac Island, a lot of people who have made the trip felt it was a very worthwhile and adventurous trip. We can travel to Mackinaw City as group on a bus, or we can drive our own vehicle to Mackinaw City.

Further details will be provided as we receive the information.
