Feast Information

Welcome to the website for the 2017 Feast of Tabernacles at Shanty Creek Resorts in Bellaire, Michigan!

We are committed to making your Feast experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible but we need your help. We need to know how many are coming to celebrate the Feast with us because this information will let us know how much seating we need, what activities to provide, and how many meals to order.  We plan to host several group meals at no charge to the attendees. We have found that “breaking bread” together enhances the fellowshipping of the group.

To get the information we need to help us serve you, we are asking you to please register and then make your housing reservation. Below is the process we have in place for you to register and then make your housing reservations.

  1. Register and then make your reservations. You can either click on the word “Register” in the preceding sentence or go the Registration page.
  2. Once you register, you will receive a confirmation email that will include the Reservation Form for Shanty Creek Resorts and the Reservation Phone Number for the Hawk’s Eye Golf Resort – the two resorts for which we have negotiated reduced lodging rates. Note: If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before getting in touch with us.
  3. Click on the Housing section of the Feast Information tab and determine the type of housing you want. It will contain information to guide you in making your housing selection.
  4. If you choose to stay at one of the Shanty Creek Resorts units, fill out the Shanty Creek Resorts Reservation Form, then email, fax, or mail it to Shanty Creek Resorts. A representative from their Reservations Office will call you to help you complete your reservation. If you decide to stay at one of the Hawk’s Eye Golf Resort units, you will need to call their Reservations phone number. They will help you complete your reservation.

Important Note: Whether you choose to stay at the Shanty Creek Resorts or Hawk’s Eye Golf Resort, we recommend that you confirm that the resort unit you selected has the features that are important to you.
